USA Management Agreement

Hire a manager to manage the business and operations of a corporation with this exclusive Management Agreement for the USA.

The manager is an independent contractor who is being retained to manage the company's affairs exclusively.
Management fees will be paid in equal instalments throughout the term (e.g. quarterly).
