USA Music Copyright License with Cancellation Provision

USA music publishers, use this template to prepare a Copyright License with cancellation provisions, between the publisher and a recording company.

The music publisher grants the recording company the right to use copyrighted musical compositions in making a specific recording, in return for quarterly payments of royalties on each sale of the recording.
If the recording company fails to meet its obligations, the publisher has the right to cancel the license, but the recording company must still continue to pay royalties.

This USA Music Copyright License with Cancellation Provision is subject to the United States Copyright Act. It is provided in MS Word format, and is fully editable.
