The carrier has the option to discharge the goods as it sees fit if any situation arises which might make it unsafe, imprudent or unlawful to continue the voyage or to enter the intended port. The goods will be at their own risk and expense.

The carrier is responsible for risk of loss or damage to goods carried on deck.
