Website Advertising Agreement

Website owners, sign up advertisers for banner ad space on your site with this Website Advertising Agreement.

The Agreement can be used two ways - it can be manually signed by the parties, or posted on your website in downloadable and/or printable formats. Provisions of the Advertising Agreement include:

specifications for sizes, placement, and formats of banner ads;
the site owner will provide click-through statistics to the advertiser on a regular basis (such as monthly);
representations and warranties of the site owner regarding the website;
indemnity of the site owner by the advertiser;
limitation of the site owner's liability;
the advertiser retains all property rights in the advertising materials.
