Western Australia landlords, notify your tenant that you intend to terminate the tenancy by by serving him/her with this Notice of Termination of Tenancy.
This form of notice would be served by a landlord on a tenant in order to terminate the tenancy agreement, pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1987, and is to be used in the event of:
- the breach of the tenancy agreement by the tenant OTHER than for non-payment of rent,
- a sale of the property to a purchaser who does not intend to rent the premises,
- the destruction or appropriation of the premises,
- the right of the owner to give notice without specifying any grounds for termination.
