Alberta Affidavit to Prove Builders Lien

Alberta contractors, make a claim against the lien fund of a construction project by filing an Affidavit to Prove Builder's Lien in court.

The Affidavit sets out the value of labour and materials provided to a construction or renovation project by a contractor, subcontractor or supplier, and details how much is still owing for the work or materials supplied, despite demands for payment having been made on the owner or contractor.
