Alberta Declaration of Substantial Completion

Alberta contractors, prepare a Declaration of Substantial Completion with respect to work or materials supplied for a construction project with this easy-to-use template.

This Statutory Declaration is made by a general contractor, pursuant to the Alberta Builders Lien Act.
The contractor attests that construction ⁄ renovation work on the property described in the Declaration has been substantially completed.
This declaration must be completed by the contractor in order to obtain payment of the builder's lien holdback.
