Arizona landlords, if you have a tenant who is behind in the rent payments, serve the tenant with this Five (5) Day Notice to Pay Unpaid Rent or Quit the Premises.
This form of Notice can be used for a tenant who is in arrears with rent payments, late charges and ⁄ or other amounts owing to the landlord under the lease ⁄ rental agreement. The tenant is notified that s/he must pay the outstanding amounts by the date set out in the Notice or vacate the rental property.
