Arizona Notice of Abandonment
Arizona landlords, if you believe that your tenant has abandoned the rental premises, prepare this Notice of Abandonment in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 33, Chapter 10, Section 33-1370.
Pursuant to State law, if the rental property has been vacated by the tenant for a specific number of consecutive days and the tenant is in arrears with rent payments, the landlord may consider the premises to be abandoned.
