Minnesota Notice to Pay or Quit for Tenancy at Will

Minnesota landlords, if you have a tenant who is behind in the rent, serve them with this Notice to Pay or Quit for Tenancy at Will, in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Statutes.

This form is to be used only for tenancies at will (periodic tenancies such as monthly or weekly tenancies), not for fixed term leases.
The tenant is required to pay the overdue rent within 14 days or vacate (quit) the premises.
A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
