Minnesota Notice to Tenant of Termination of Tenancy at Will
Minnesota landlords, if you have reason to terminate a tenant, serve them with this Notice to Tenant of Termination of Tenancy at Will, in accordance with the Landlord and Tenant Statutes.
- This form is to be used only for tenancies at will (periodic tenancies, such as monthly or weekly), not for fixed term leases.
- The tenant is notified that the tenancy will terminate on the date specified in the notice and that the tenant is required to vacate the premises by the termination date.
- A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
