NSW Notice of Unpaid Rent
NSW landlords, if your tenant is behind in paying the rent, serve the tenant with this Notice of Unpaid Rent, in accordance with the New South Wales Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
The notice requires the tenant to pay the overdue rent within a specified time frame, failing which the landlord shall serve the tenant with a notice of termination. A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
