NSW Notice to Tenant of Termination of Fixed Term Tenancy
NSW landlords, if you plan to terminate a tenant's fixed term tenancy without specific grounds, you must serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant of Termination of Fixed Term Tenancy (no grounds, for fixed term tenancy).
- This Notice is for FIXED TERM tenancies only (such as a 1-year tenancy), and requires the tenant to vacate the rental premises within a specified time frame.
- If the tenant fails to comply, the landlord may apply to the Tenancy Tribunal for a termination and possession order.
- A Service of Notice form is also included, to record how the tenant was served.
- Buy the form once, and it's yours to use as often as you require.
