Ontario Notice to Terminate Tenancy Early - Illegal Act or Misrepresentation of Income
Ontario landlords, give notice to your tenant that you are terminating their tenancy for an illegal act or for misrepresentation of their income with this Notice to Terminate a Tenancy Early form.
The Notice sets out the reason(s) for the termination, including illegal drug use, production or trafficking, committing an illegal act or carrying on an illegal business in the rental unit, or misrepresenting of the tenant's income in order to qualify for low rental housing. It also contains information for the tenant about the legal implications and when they must vacate the rental unit.
