Ontario Notice to Terminate Tenancy for Conversion, Demolition or Repairs
Ontario landlords, give notice to your tenant that you are terminating their tenancy at the end of the current rental term in order to convert, demolish or renovate the rental unit with this Notice to Terminate Tenancy at End of Term for Conversion, Demolition or Repairs.
The Notice sets out the reason for the termination and the date by which the tenant must vacate the rental unit.
