Quebec Notice of Abandonment of Dwelling

Quebec tenants, has your landlord neglected the state of your rental unit to the point where you must move out?

Serve the landlord with this Notice of Abandonment of the Dwelling in accordance with Article 1915 of the Civil Code. The Notice informs the landlord that, due to the uninhabitable state of the premises because of the landlord's neglect, the tenant is abandoning the premises.
