Quebec Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease by Tenant
Quebec tenants, if your lease is due to expire and you do not intend to renew it, you must serve your landlord with a Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease by Tenant, under article 1946 of the Civil Code.
The Notice informs the landlord of your decision not to renew the lease at the end of the term, and sets out the date on which you will vacate the premises.
This Quebec Notice of Non-Renewal of Lease by Tenant form is an English-language form provided by the RegiƩ du logement.
