Texas 3 Day Notice to Vacate (not for nonpayment of rent)
Texas landlords, if you have reason to terminate a tenant (other than for not paying the rent), serve him/her with this 3 Day Notice to Vacate (not for nonpayment of rent, pursuant to the requirements of Title 8 of the Property Code.
The tenant is notified that s/he has 3 days to vacate (quit) the premises or the landlord shall file a forcible detainer suit. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
