Texas 30 Day Notice to Tenant of Tenancy Termination
Texas landlords, if you are terminating the tenancy of a residential tenant, serve him/her with this 30 Day Notice to Tenant of Tenancy Termination, pursuant to the requirements of Title 8 of the Property Code.
The tenant is notified that the tenancy is terminated as of the date specified in the Notice, and that the tenant must vacate the premises by that date. A Service of Notice form is included to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
