Victoria Residential Tenancy Agreement

Victoria landlords, let a house or flat to a tenant with this Residential Tenancy Agreement, pursuant to the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (including amendments to July 2003).

This Agreement can be used for either a fixed term (such as 1 year) or for a periodic tenancy (weekly, monthly, etc.) The Agreement contains standard provisions such as:

payment and refund of the rental bond,
responsibilities of the landlord and tenant,
permitted use of premises,
the tenant's responsibility for damage to the property,
subletting or assignment of the tenancy,
termination of the tenancy by either party.

The file includes a Premises Condition Report and a Receipt Form for rent and rental bond.
