Washington Notice to Quit
Washington landlords, if you have a tenant who is in default under the terms of the rental agreement and has been served with a previous notice, serve him/her with this Notice to Quit, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.
The Notice informs the tenant that, as the tenant has failed to vacate the premises as required by a previous notice, the tenant now has 3 days to vacate the rental unit or the landlord will proceed with legal action. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
