Washington Notice to Tenant of Breach of Rental Lease
Washington landlords, if you have a tenant who has breached the terms of the rental agreement (other than failing to pay the rent), serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant of Breach of Rental Lease, in accordance with the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Act.
The tenant is informed that s/he has 30 days to remedy the breach or the landlord will issue a notice of termination and may proceed with further legal action. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice was served on the tenant.
