England & Wales Revocation of Power of Attorney

If you wish to cancel (revoke) a previous Power of Attorney, use this free Revocation of Power of Attorney form for the United Kingdom in accordance with the Power of Attorney Act 1971.

The Deed of Revocation allows you to withdraw all power and authority granted under your Power of Attorney. You can then at any time appoint another person as your attorney with the same powers, as you see fit.
