Hawaii landlords, if you have grounds to terminate a tenant, serve him/her with this 10 Day Notice to Quit Other than for Nonpayment of Rent or Nuisance, pursuant to the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.

This form is to be used ONLY for reasons other than nonpayment of rent or a nuisance caused by the tenant.
The tenant is required to vacate the premises within 10 days; otherwise, the landlord will bring a summary proceeding for possession of the rental unit.
A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the notice was served on the tenant.
