Hawaii landlords, if you are terminating a tenant for causing a nuisance to other tenants and/or neighbors, serve him/her with this 5 Day Notice to Quit for Unabated Nuisance, pursuant to the requirements of the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.
The Notice informs the tenant that s/he must vacate the premises within 5 days or the landlord will bring a summary proceeding for possession of the rental unit. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of how the Notice is served on the tenant.
