Hawaii Notice to Tenant to Cease (Stop) Nuisance
Hawaii landlords, if your tenant is causing a nuisance to other tenants and/or neighbors, serve him/her with this Notice to Tenant to Cease (Stop) Nuisance, in accordance with the Residential Landlord-Tenant Code.
The tenant is notified that he/she must cease the nuisance within 24 hours or the landlord will issue a Notice To Vacate and the tenancy shall be terminated. A Service of Notice form is included, to record the details of service.
